Peaceful Rest Valley is a location in EarthBound between Twoson and Happy Happy Village. Its name is rather ironic due to the large amounts of enemies that appear here. When Ness first arrives here, he is unable to get through because of an Iron Pencil blocking his way, so he asks Apple Kid for help. Apple Kid gives him a Pencil Eraser, allowing him to continue through the valley.

- In the Japanese version, the valley was called "Grateful Dead Valley". The name was likely changed to avoid lawsuits from the real-life band Grateful Dead.
