PSI Stones (Abbreviated PSI Stone in Mother 1 + 2) are medicinal items in EarthBound Beginnings. They can recover about 20 PP and can be used multiple times. After using it enough, it reverts into an ordinary stone and is automatically thrown out of inventory.
It can be found in the top middle Gift box in the room with six gift boxes in Queen Mary's Castle, and all Starmen can drop this after defeat.

- Its description reads, "This item replenishes lost PSI. You can use it mid-battle too. After a few uses it turns into a plain old rock. Using it efficiently is the trick.".
