The Orange Juice is the first food item introduced in EarthBound Beginnings. It is given to Ninten from Mimmie and Minnie for free after defeating the Doll unlimitedly until Ninten leaves his house for the first time. It is also bought in Podunk, Merrysville, Reindeer, and Ellay's burger shops and department stores for $5. It heals 10 HP upon use.
The Orange Juice is generally used in Podunk. Its cheap price makes it useful to keep around and can be used up until Ninten learns LifeUp. It is superseded by the French Fries and Hamburger.

- For some reason, you cannot sell the Orange Juice in any department store.
- EarthBound's equivalent is the Can of Fruit Juice. It is a food item bought in Onett, Twoson, Happy Happy Village, Threed, Dusty Dunes Desert, Fourside, Summers, and Toto for $4. It heals 6 HP upon use, slightly less than in EarthBound Beginnings. Mother 3's equivalent is the Innit Tea. It is also a food item found in Thomas's Bazaar in chapters 1, 2, and 3 for free. It heals 15 HP upon use, noticeably more than in EarthBound Beginnings.
- In the companion guide, it is called "Orange Juice" in all versions of the game. It is abbreviated "OrangeJuice" in EarthBound Beginnings and Mother 1 + 2.
- The description reads, "Given out by the protagonist's sister, Mimmie, and is now nothing short of famous for that; but this is another HP-recovery item. About a fourth as effective as a Hamburger. You can buy it at the shop.".
