Lloyd's father is a character in EarthBound Beginnings. He is found inside of a trash can in the swamp, next to the house where Pippi is found in. When speaking to Lloyd's father, he will ask for the player's name even if the player had already given their name to Ninten's Father back in Snowman.
In the Encyclopedia, Lloyd's Father is said to have the same tastes as his son in food as well as similar interests, which implies he too is intelligent and scientifically inclined.

- The reason Lloyd's father was in the swamp is because he's searching for a rare species of flower growing there that can cure an illness that his wife is suffering from. This was revealed in the official novel written by Saori Kumi.
