Brainfoodlunch1-128drop

A Conducting Spirit drops a Brain Food Lunch, which is a 1/128 drop.

In EarthBound, nearly every encounterable enemy has a certain chance of dropping an item that Ness and company can use during their adventure. Years following the release of the game, players have found out the rarest chance of enemies dropping items: 1 out of 128 times (equivalent to 0.78125%). Only a select few enemies are known to drop items this rarely, and certain item drops have infamously become set pieces in EarthBound culture, and has led to challenge runs such as the 1/128 Challenge, where players perform a playthrough of EarthBound while making sure to gain the items that are dropped 1/128 times. This challenge is an ultimate test of patience and was most popular during the early 2000's when the cult following of EarthBound started picking up.

Down below is a complete list of all the enemies that have the potential to drop items 1/128 times in EarthBound.
