The Hot Spring Woman is a character in Mother 3 who appears in some Hot Springs at seemingly random times, much like the Old Man; however, she appears much more rarely. She appears as Ionia during the hallucination on Tanetane Island.

- Exploiters have observed that if you go into any hot spring with Fuel (by using the Debug Room), Fuel resembles the Hot Spring Woman.
