Fresh milk is an item appearing in Mother 3 that restores 80 HP. It must be used quickly however, since after about 5 minutes, it will expire into Rotten Milk, which restores only a mere 10 HP. If the player waits about 30 minutes, the Rotten Milk will curdle into Yogurt and restore 80 HP once more.

It heals 100 HP upon use, slightly more than in Mother 3. EarthBound's equivalent is the Protein drink. It is a food item bought in Fourside, Moonside, Scaraba, and Deep Darkness for $38. It heals 80 HP upon use, the same as Mother 3.
