Darkness is an Assist PSI ability learned by Ana at level 20 in EarthBound Beginings. It blinds one enemy and costs 10 PP.
Darkness only ever made an appearance in EarthBound Beginnings. The blinding effect that made it difficult to see and therefore difficult to attack was succeeded by crying in Earthbound. Like PK Beam, this move was succeeded by PSI Flash as well.
The Flashdark battle item is also capable of blinding enemies.
