The Cookie is a basic healing item in EarthBound. They restore roughly 6 HP to its user, and can be bought for $7 and sold for $3. They pair well with the Tin of Cocoa.

- Tracy will give Ness one after Pokey's arrival at their house.
- Seven can be found in gift boxes in the room beside Jeff and Tony's, which are said to be for Tony's upcoming birthday.
- Onett, Twoson, Threed, and Fourside all have bakeries that sell cookies (Twoson's bakery being located in its Department Store), and they are also sold in Burglin Park.
